Nothing to complain about, the hotel met requirements. The room with free snacks. Location: the venue was next to Close to tram station. Easily reached Chinese Restaurant Torin, located not too far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

We got a room with a tub. The breakfast with nice food options. The location was FAVOURABLE, really close to public transport, and Nagasaki train station.

An amazing property, clean, great location in the middle of jackson.

Loved the English-speaking staff! The sauna and spa were a posh touch. The indoor mineral hot spring was a delightful way to unwind. Laundry facilities saved me from doing laundry at home.

Oh, how I missed paying for parking and not being able to turn off the bathroom fan. How delightful!

This hotel was great! It's located close to public transport and plenty of restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty Japanese dishes. I also enjoyed the free night-time food and the onsen with a reading room and free snacks on the top floor.

Having to pay for the onsen, even if you don't use it, but the fee was reasonable. The fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off which was a bit annoying.
